Overview
Procurement Analyst, Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior (Level 2, 3, or
4) role s posting covers multiple experience levels within the Procurement Analyst family.
- Associate (Level
2)- Measures key performance indicators
- Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources
- Prepares reports
- Reviews procurement/planning systems
- Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities
- Coordinates program schedule changes with procurement agents for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation
- Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements
- Mid-Level (Level
3)- Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects
- Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
- Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan
- Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals. Supports the development and implementation of strategies
- Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows
- Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis
- Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders
- Develops risk mitigation plan
- Senior (Level
4)- Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
- Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements
- Analyses and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
- Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities
- Leads cross-functional process management activities
- Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action
- Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs
- Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement
- 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Fulfillment
- 1+ years of experience leading projects
- 1+ experience analyzing data and metrics to build presentations and make recommendations
- 1+ years of experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience with Cognos, Velocity, Order Manager, ERPLN, Tableau
- Experience applying LEAN principles and/or Standard/Standardized work
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across business units
- Experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business units
- Experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
- Export Control Requirement:
