What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams to align sales enablement requests with business goals and strategies
  • Curate and create advanced sales enablement content focusing on complex solutions and market trends
  • Define, implement, and maintain a library of templates and best practices based on adult learning principles
  • Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of metrics and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6-8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar support role
  • Experience using sales enablement platforms and AI capabilities to enhance enablement
  • Strong project management experience across diverse teams
  • Effective communication skills to foster trust and shared accountability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
  • Experience with tools like Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate Rise, or Highspot
  • Data-driven problem-solving approach, including measurement of impact
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate dynamic environments
  • Flexibility in adapting to evolving expectations
