For new unlicensed agents, you begin with a paid training period that provides tools and guidance for licensing exams. After licensing, you will be assigned an existing book of business and earn a percentage of collected premiums and commission on new sales.

• Agents are set up for success by being assigned a territory with an established book of business and existing customers.

• Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, and close new sales.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre‑arranged schedule.
• Respond promptly to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
• Record keeping and processing policy paperwork.

• Grow the assigned territory through new sales.
• Build strong working relationships with customers.
• Devote the time necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
• Pursue continuous professional development in insurance products and sales effectiveness.

• Customer service experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage.
• Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
• Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Licensing:
  Free access to study tools and professional guidance to prepare for licensing exams.
• Training:
  New agents complete an onboarding development program that includes self‑study, classroom instruction, and field mentoring by a Sales Manager.
• On‑the‑Job Training:
  Earn a paycheck while learning the profession through hands‑on experience.
