• 12-hour shifts, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Open ICU
• Critical Access Hospital
• Group includes both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers creatinga collaborative, supportive, and collegial work environment
• Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates
• Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time
• Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perksand annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career
• Compensation is between $300,000 and $340,000 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation andmay include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms ofcash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
