We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Children’s Support Workers to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people, providing high-quality care and emotional support in a safe, nurturing environment.

• Deliver consistent, high-quality care in line with individual care plans
• Support the emotional, behavioural, and social development of young people
• Help young people make informed choices and develop life skills
• Maintain a safe, structured, and non-judgemental environment

• A minimum of 6 months experience working with children or young people in a similar setting
• A full UK driving licence
• A calm, compassionate, and empathetic nature
• A proactive and resilient approach with a strong can‑do attitude
