Matthew Walker in Heanor seeks a Senior Process Technologist to own the full process journey from concept approval to successful launch, acting as the key link between Process, Operations, NPD and customers to ensure seamless transitions and top standards.
You will lead cross-functional teams on private label and branded NPD projects, drive innovation, manage factory trials, and ensure robust handover to Production. Excellent planning, leadership and communication are essential.
