Doist in Heanor is seeking a confident Production Trainer to deliver on-demand training on the Christmas pudding production lines. You will ensure colleagues are trained, competent and working safely, while supporting peak periods on the factory floor.
As a hands-on SME, you will create onboarding plans, maintain training records, and adapt styles to individual needs, balancing training with operative duties across shifts.
