Continuous Improvement Manager

An opportunity exists for an accomplished Continuous Improvement Manager, to drive the site Lean implementation, setting, coaching and facilitating improvement activities and problem-solving initiatives to bring about quantifiable improvements across productivity, efficiency and waste. The CI Manager will take responsibility for delivering on both site and Group set projects and will further implement the continuous improvement strategy based on data driven findings and feedback.

The role will focus keenly on further instilling the mindset for continuous improvement on site.

Key skills

• An experienced continuous improvement leader or manager, with a background in Manufacturing
• Manufacturing industry experience, working in a fast paced manufacturing environment to short lead times, with a demanding customer base
