The role starts as a trainee team leader / production operative, with hours Mon-Thu 7:30-16:00 and Fri 7:30-13:00, and a base rate of £13.38 per hour (£26,091 per year) with overtime.
As progression occurs to Team Leader, the hourly rate rises to £13.68 and there is a strong emphasis on following SOPs, reading drawings, and delivering quality
