Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high‑energy sales team to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate associates; facilitate regular sales training
  • Set the pace for client care excellence and high‑energy performance
  • Partner with Director of Sales to manage inventory strategy for new & used vehicles
  • Oversee negotiations, support deal structure, and assist in closing deals
  • Monitor key sales metrics and implement action plans to boost performance
  • Build long‑term client relationships and ensure every guest receives a frictionless, transparent, world‑class experience
  • Maintain consistency in CRM usage, follow‑up processes, and sales workflow
  • Provide daily engagement on the sales floor and champion team accountability and dealership standards
Qualifications
  • Automotive dealership sales management experience (required)
  • Proven success in retail automotive sales
  • Strong leadership ability with talent for developing people
  • Excellent communication and client‑care skills
  • Ability to energize a team while driving profitability
  • Tech‑savvy with CRM experience
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
