with prior Ford dealership experience
—who can confidently diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and accurately.

- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to identify issues
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including:
- Engine
- Transmission
- Electrical/Steering
- Suspension
- Brakes
- Air Conditioning
- Communicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding needed repairs and timelines
- Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- 2+ years of automotive Service Technician experience required
- Prior Ford dealership experience required
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair abilities
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Basic computer skills and strong customer service orientation
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to learn new technology, service procedures, and repair specifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
