Coughlin Automotive is seeking dedicated, detail‑oriented automotive detailers to join our dealership teams in Heath. In this role you will be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and presenting vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the appearance of our inventory.

• Wash and prepare new and used vehicles for delivery to customers according to company standards or client specifications
• Apply detailing products to enhance vehicle appearance, ensuring a high‑quality finish
• Maintain the cleanliness of vehicle interiors and exteriors in the inventory
• Thoroughly wash, buff, and wax exteriors
• Vacuum, steam, and deodorize interiors
• Conduct inspections to ensure all areas of the vehicle meet quality standards before delivery to customers
• Organize new and pre‑owned vehicle lots, move cars as directed, and contribute to maintaining an appealing inventory appearance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment
• Drive vehicles safely within the facility for cleaning and presentation purposes
• Assist with additional custodial tasks as required to keep the workplace clean
• Maintain the cleanliness of driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary
• Undertake any other related tasks as assigned

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals
• Familiarity with buffing/polishing techniques and car wash procedures is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Experience with window tinting or other automotive services is an advantage but not mandatory
• Valid driver’s license required to operate various types of vehicles safely
