Job Description:

Coughlin is currently looking for an experienced Service Manager for our Toyota location in Heath. Coughlin Automotive is one of Central Ohio's fastest-growing dealership groups, with 17 locations across Newark, Pataskala, Heath, Circleville, Chillicothe, Lancaster, Dublin, Lewis Center, and Marysville. • Responsible for overall management of the Service department
• Effectively communicate with customers
• Prospect for potential customers
• Ensure manufacturer training requirements are met by all personnel
• Resolve customer complaints
• Maximize revenue and profitability in the service department
• Generate estimates and provide back-up for service writers when necessary
• Ability to effectively manage others
• Continuous improvement and training in order to stay abreast of the rapidly changing auto industry
• Must be able to adhere to all safety policies and procedures
