Summary:

The Lot Attendant is responsible for the organization, presentation, and overall management of vehicle inventory across new, pre-owned, and wholesale lots. This role plays a key part in ensuring our dealership lots are orderly, vehicles are maintained and display-ready, and internal team members are supported with various operational needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain organization and cleanliness of all vehicle lots, including front, rear, new, pre-owned, and wholesale inventory

Collaborate with the Wholesale Manager to manage wholesale and trade-in vehicles

Ensure vehicles are properly tagged with window stickers, plates, and frames as needed, especially for pre-owned units

Regularly inspect vehicles on the lot for body damage and report findings

Assist with vehicle movement between HMC locations as needed

Support snow removal and other weather-related duties impacting the lot Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lot appearance always

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
