As a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) with Southeast Equipment, you're not just selling parts and service; you're providing real‑world solutions to the heroes of construction and infrastructure. What You'll Do
  • Build and grow relationships by visiting customers on‑site.
  • Sell solutions from OEM/aftermarket parts to service contracts, inspections, extended warranties, and more.
  • Provide post‑sale follow‑up and limited technical support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and bring dormant accounts back to life.
  • Share the latest tools, technology, and promotions that help your customers succeed.
  • Represent Southeast's commitment to service, integrity, and performance.
How You'll Succeed
  • Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Log daily customer visits and interactions in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Track and close sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads for equipment sales and long‑term contracts.
  • Stay current on products, services, and tech solutions.
Your Toolkit
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A self‑starter attitude.
  • Technical interest or mechanical aptitude.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, service, or parts (preferred).
  • High School Diploma or GED (required);
    Technical or College Degree a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout your territory.
Your Territory

This is a field‑based role with 80% travel in your assigned area, most within 12 hours of your home branch. You may attend occasional overnight training or vendor events.

The Physical Side
  • Walk rough terrain (mud, rocks, job sites).
  • Climb on/off equipment (24x/week).
  • Lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs).
  • Sit for extended periods while driving between visits.
  • Wear required PPE (hard hat, safety boots, etc.).
