As a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) with Southeast Equipment, you're not just selling parts and service; you're providing real‑world solutions to the heroes of construction and infrastructure. You'll be the go‑to partner for our customers, keeping their equipment running and their jobs moving.

What You'll Do- Build and grow relationships by visiting customers on‑site.
- Sell solutions from OEM/aftermarket parts to service contracts, inspections, extended warranties, and more.
- Provide post‑sale follow‑up and limited technical support.
- Identify new business opportunities and bring dormant accounts back to life.
- Share the latest tools, technology, and promotions that help your customers succeed.
- Represent Southeast's commitment to service, integrity, and performance.
- Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Log daily customer visits and interactions in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Track and close sales opportunities.
- Generate leads for equipment sales and long‑term contracts.
- Stay current on products, services, and tech solutions.
- Strong communication skills.
- A self‑starter attitude.
- Technical interest or mechanical aptitude.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, service, or parts (preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED (required);
Technical or College Degree a plus. - Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout your territory.
This is a field‑based role with 80% travel in your assigned area, most within 12 hours of your home branch. You may attend occasional overnight training or vendor events.
The Physical Side- Walk rough terrain (mud, rocks, job sites).
- Climb on/off equipment (24x/week).
- Lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs).
- Sit for extended periods while driving between visits.
- Wear required PPE (hard hat, safety boots, etc.).
- Base salary + commission (uncapped earning potential).
