** The BDC / Internet Sales Representative is responsible for providing a professional, high-touch experience to all internet and phone customers. This role supports the sales team by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers to ensure a smooth and informed purchasing experience.

* • Communicate with customers through their preferred method (phone, email, in-person)  
• Respond to internet leads and incoming calls in a timely manner  
• Answer questions about vehicle availability, features, and performance  
• Schedule appointments and test drives for interested buyers  
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on unsold customers  
• Keep vehicle listings on the website up to date  
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to meet dealership goals  
• Attend ongoing training to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service--
