London, Holborn (Hybrid, minimum 3 days in the office) Job Type: Full-time - 2 months An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior C-suite executives within a leading international organisation. This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive, and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, and prioritisation of key activities. Act as a trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders. Manage frequently changing schedules, including meetings, events, and international travel arrangements. Prepare, format, and distribute professional correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Coordinate high-profile meetings and events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional attention to detail.

Support the planning and tracking of key business initiatives and projects. Collaborate with wider administrative teams to ensure effective support across the leadership function. Monitor actions and follow up on key deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. Skills & Experience Previous experience supporting C-suite or senior executives within a complex business environment. Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and remain calm under pressure. Personal Attributes Discreet, professional, and trustworthy. Proactive and resourceful, with a solutions-focused approach.

Highly organised and able to manage competing demands effectively. Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
