You will be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, delivering high-quality teaching while adapting to the needs of different classrooms and school environments.

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the primary curriculum
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
• Assess and record pupil progress where required
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider staff teams
• Contribute positively to wider school life during longer‑term placements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (experience in more than one phase is beneficial)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Adaptable across different schools and year groups
• Positive, organised, and committed to high‑quality teaching
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
