In this role you’ll support the Supply Chain Manager and work closely with our 3PL partners, overseas factories, and freight forwarders. You’ll ensure orders flow properly, stock stays accurate, and shipments arrive exactly when they should. It’s a great opportunity for someone who loves solving problems, improving processes, and keeping operations running seamlessly.
Shipping & Logistics- Coordinate international freight bookings, container shipments, and delivery into warehouses.
- Track global shipments and ensure timely arrivals while preventing demurrage.
- Monitor 3PL performance and maintain strong day‑to‑day communication with UK and EU partners.
- Oversee inventory levels and daily order flow, resolving issues quickly.
- Produce regular reports on stock, shipping and availability.
- Provide regular updates on logistics status and other key metrics.
- Manage the full purchasing workflow in Asana and Net Suite from PO creation to production updates to warehouse receipt.
- Maintain accurate supplier and product data.
- Arrange factory inspections with third‑party agents and collaborate with Product Development on required documentation.
- Ensure clear communication with factories to maintain accuracy on production schedules and order status.
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Product Development and Customer Service departments to support order fulfilment and product launches.
- Prioritise supply‑chain tasks linked to new product introductions.
- Follow established SOPs and suggest enhancements.
- Support projects that streamline our end‑to‑end supply chain.
- Experience in e‑commerce or consumer‑goods supply chain operations.
- Strong planning, organisation and time‑management skills.
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with sound decision‑making abilities.
- Confidence working under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of international logistics, import/export operations and basic customs procedures is desirable.
- Strong IT literacy (Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel) and comfort handling digital data.
- Awareness of supply‑chain risk management.
