Revit Modeler/BIM Specialist– Design, Build, Innovator
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

As a franchise manufacturer and builder, we specialize in passive home designs, repeatable systems, and high-efficiency construction. We’re looking for a Practical Design Draftsman who’s not just skilled in Revit, but who understands how homes actually come together in the real world.
Have you ever completed a 3D model? Built a home from the ground up? Navigated the maze of residential building codes and permits? If so, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Do- Collaborate on concept studies, design development, and architectural research
- Use Revit for 3D modeling, drafting, and visualization
- Create technical drawings and plans based on architectural and engineering specifications
- Participate in 3D printing and physical model making to explore and test design ideas
- Engage in hands‑on fabrication—working with materials to build prototypes and presentation models
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and builders to refine project details and manufacturing techniques
- Maintain organized relationships between models and drawing files
- Ensure all drawings meet residential building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Extensive experience using Revit for residential design and documentation
- Strong understanding of residential building codes and permitting processes
- Practical construction experience—whether through remodels, new builds, or field work
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM workflows
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail‑oriented with a passion for high‑quality craftsmanship
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in a small team
- Basic knowledge of materials, structural principles, and how things go together on‑site
