Medical Assistant – IV Therapy, Phlebotomy & Patient Experience
Location: Park City, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Full-time, On-site)
Preferred Residency: Wasatch Back (Park City, Heber, Midway, Kamas) - this is most ideal as winter commutes from SLC over Parley’s Canyon can be very challenging and we need someone who can be here everyday with traffic challenges.

Life Centers, we’re pioneering integrative medicine rooted in data, human connection, and longevity science. We are seeking a Medical Assistant whose core strength is clinical excellence in IV therapies and blood draws
, paired with an outgoing, patient-facing demeanor to also support front desk operations.
This dual-role position is designed for someone who thrives in a high-paced environment, is exceptionally skilled with IVs and phlebotomy, and can smoothly transition between clinical and administrative responsibilities to deliver a seamless patient experience.
Core ResponsibilitiesClinical Excellence (Approx. 70%)
- Administer IV therapies, injections, and perform phlebotomy with efficiency, accuracy, and patient comfort as top priorities.
- Support other clinical modalities (HBOT, Red Light, EECP, EBOO, prTMS, etc.) as trained.
- Maintain a smooth prep–delivery–cleanup cycle to ensure high patient flow and minimal wait times.
- Monitor treatment rooms, ensuring they are stocked, sanitized, and presentation-ready at all times.
- Document all patient encounters in Cerbo EMR using standardized templates.
- Communicate inventory needs for IV supplies, lab kits, and disposables to the inventory manager.
- Greet and welcome patients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the center.
- Manage patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, intake forms, and paperwork.
- Answer phones, return patient calls, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Support patient flow by coordinating clinical schedules and reducing bottlenecks.
- Serve as a friendly, reassuring presence for patients navigating treatments.
- Flex between clinical and administrative duties as daily needs shift.
- Collaborate with providers, health coaches, and operational staff to optimize care delivery.
- Participate in cross-training, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or equivalent training.
- Must be highly proficient in IV therapy and phlebotomy — this is non-negotiable.
- Prior front desk, medical reception, or patient service experience preferred.
- Strong communicator with an approachable, friendly demeanor.
- Comfortable balancing dual responsibilities (clinical & administrative).
- Tech-savvy with EMRs (Cerbo a plus), scheduling systems, and email communication.
