Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $31.48–$48.65 DOE and Licensure

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients with Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorder needs
• Facilitate one weekly evening IOP group (7:00 PM)
• Complete diagnostic evaluations, intake assessments, and treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs and program goals
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Coordinate care with case managers, prescribers, peer support, and other clinical staff
• Participate in weekly staff meetings, clinical supervision, and team consultations
• Respond to client crises using trauma-informed and de-escalation practices
• Support program development by sharing feedback, identifying needs, and helping improve services
• Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and agency policies
• Foster a welcoming, client-centered environment that reflects WBH's values of empathy, respect, and collaboration

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Must hold one of the following: CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, or fully licensed equivalent
• DV and NOJOS certifications may be required (or obtained after hire)
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and use sound clinical judgment
• Reliable, professional, and able to maintain appropriate boundaries
• Comfortable working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to program growth
• Trauma-informed and client-centered approach to care
• Must pass a background check and meet WBH hiring standards
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
