The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain attendance, work varied shifts, communicate proactively with supervisors, complete planograms and resets, maintain visual standards, perform store measurements, complete layout initiatives, cycle counts, hang signage, assemble merchandise, and deliver excellent customer service using GURA principles (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Appreciate).

Qualifications: Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong communication, problem-solving, computer skills, interpersonal skills, self-direction, and ability to resolve issues ethically.

Working Conditions: Mostly indoor with moderate noise, shifts generally from 4 to over 8 hours, travel between stores using personal vehicle, promoting safety and adherence to guidelines. Outdoor and indoor surfaces are hard, with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements: Travel as needed, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment, stand, kneel, bend, reach overhead, operate store equipment, and communicate effectively. Must be able to handle merchandise and operate various equipment safely.
