Residential Construction Carpenter $20 - $25/hr + IRA Match + Growth Opportunities
Location: Heber City, UT (must be able to commute)
Schedule: Full Time
Focus: Framing, Trim, Siding, Custom Carpentry, Concrete, Decking, Excavation

What You’ll Do
- Frame walls, install trim, siding, decks, closets, and more
- Read blueprints and follow high-end specs
- Communicate clearly with project leads and subs
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional
- Represent the brand to clients who expect excellence
- 2+ years of residential carpentry experience
- Skilled in framing, siding, trim, and finish work
- Reliable transportation and own basic tools
- Clean driving record
- Physical ability to work on-site
- $20 - $25/hr depending on experience
- 3% company-matched IRA
- Supportive crew, stable work, and professional growth
- Respect and recognition for doing things right
