The Springs of Greers Ferry is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our experienced rehab team. In this flexible role, you’ll play a vital part in helping residents regain the skills they need for independent, fulfilling daily lives.

• Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support holistic resident care
• Document therapy sessions and monitor progress toward functional goals
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and assistive equipment

• Active Arkansas OT license
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for helping individuals achieve independence and well-being
