The Springs of Greers Ferry is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled rehab team. As a COTA, you’ll support residents in restoring daily function, adapting to limitations, and achieving greater independence in their everyday lives.

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized care plans focused on residents’ goals
• Monitor and document resident progress, adapting interventions as needed
• Encourage engagement in meaningful activities that promote self-care and quality of life
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and use of assistive devices

• Active Arkansas COTA license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ daily lives
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
