What You’ll Do:

Weld and fabricate finished metal products that stand up to the toughest demands.

Assemble and install equipment and components with precision and grit.

Read blueprints like a roadmap to deliver specs that impress.

Measure twice, cut once—verify materials to keep every job on point.

Test your welds to ensure they’re as strong as our reputation.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a welder or fabricator in manufacturing (bonus points for MIG/TIG skills!).

Mastery of welding tools and techniques—show us you know your craft.

Blueprint and schematic know-how to bring designs to life.

Stamina to handle a physical workload and thrive in a shop environment.

Flexibility to tackle other fab or maintenance tasks when the team needs it.

First 90 days are a probation period to prove you’re a fit for the crew.
