Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Schedule:

This position is for day shift from 6am-2:30pm for an 8-hour day and 4:30pm for a 10-hour day.

Heber Springs, AR. Penmac Staffing is hiring an Assembler for a manufacturing facility in Heber Springs, Arkansas. • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
• Must be willing to submit to any required pre-employment screenings

• Assemble components and parts according to specifications and work instructions
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices as needed
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines

• Starting pay of $16.00 per hour
