Merchandising Sales Associate

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements and cycle counts.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and ensure planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor areas are hard surfaces.
• Shifts vary, generally 4+ hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Ability to travel, lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Operate store equipment safely.
