Job Overview
Windham Hospital is looking for an MRI Technologist – Radiology in Hebron, CT.
Location and Shift DetailLocation: Windham Community Memorial (10183)
Shift
Hours:
Sunday through Saturday. Typical shifts are 12 to 14 hour shifts starting at 7A & 8A. 3 shifts per week, 36 to 40 hrs per week per technologist.
- Perform MRI exams following established protocols.
- Select specific software parameters to assist the referring physician in diagnosis.
- Prepare and position patients, inject contrast media, and select accurate anatomic and technical parameters.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiography program (ARRT) or associate degree with focus in medical imaging, preferably MRI.
- Licensure / Certification: ARRT certification in Radiography OR ARRT MRI or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
