• Greet customers warmly as they enter and exit the store
• Assist customers with product selection and provide helpful, accurate information
• Address customer questions, concerns, and requests in a friendly and timely manner
• Support checkout by processing transactions, including cash-handling and card payments
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned to maintain store appearance
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe for both employees and customers

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be able to perform physical activities, including bending, kneeling, and climbing, as required to complete job duties
• Cash handling experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Open to performing cleaning duties as assigned
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
