Orion is seeking a field-based Business Development Consultant to grow Wealth Solutions with independent and hybrid RIAs across the Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington, DC. You will manage an existing book and drive inflows, retention and broad solution adoption.
You will travel 50–60% and work in person with RIA owners and executives, paired with an Internal Sales Consultant to coordinate transitions and build a Territory business plan.
