Position: Administrative Support I
Hub Group -  [Office Assistant / Receptionist] As an Administrative Support at Hub Group, you'll:
Analyze and organize office operations, including information management, filing systems, and supply requisitions;
Oversee staff functions, such as office supply levels, equipment maintenance, procedure manuals, and cross-training staff;
Monitor delivery routes and ensure timely arrival;
Assist in tracking route progress, address driver issues, and maintain customer contact;
Complete POD packets at the warehouse and assist with loading/unloading product;
Set next day routes and work.
