Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service
The Store Crew role at 7-Eleven is an entry-level position with both full-time and part-time opportunities to fit your schedule. Responsibilities include cash handling and fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and, where applicable, food preparation and food service safety. You’ll enjoy the camaraderie of the store team and positive interactions with customers. Prior cashier, customer service, retail, or food service experience is helpful but not required;
a positive attitude and our training programs will prepare you to excel in the role.
- Handle cash transactions and fuel purchases accurately and efficiently.
- Perform stocking, cleaning, and general store maintenance.
- Assist with food preparation and food service safety where applicable.
- Provide friendly customer service and help customers with their needs.
- Promote and assist with the store's rewards loyalty program.
- A focus and dedication to your success, with thorough training to provide excellent customer service.
- A strong promote-from-within philosophy offering advancement opportunities.
- Schedule flexibility with both full-time and part-time opportunities.
- A desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment and a store-ready appearance.
- Ability to assist with proper food preparation and presentation, including coffee preparation where applicable.
- Excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the rewards program.
- Ability to follow proper health code guidelines.
- Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
