What You'll Bring Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence operational leaders, challenge assumptions, and translate financial information into practical recommendations.

Advanced analytical and financial modeling capability with a strong understanding of business drivers, profitability, forecasting, and working capital.

Clear, credible communication and presentation skills for both finance and non-finance audiences, including senior operational leadership.

A continuous-improvement mindset with strong ownership, judgment, accountability, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll DoPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for leadership.

Serve as the primary finance partner to assigned operational leadership, providing ongoing financial insight, challenge, and decision support.

Lead segment-level budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning, including assumptions, financial schedules, and driver-based models tied to operational activity.

Analyze forecast accuracy, business trends, risks, and opportunities and work with leaders to improve the reliability of financial projections.

Lead or support business performance reviews by explaining key drivers of revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, and other relevant metrics.

Identify and recommend actions to improve profitability, pricing, productivity, labor efficiency, equipment utilization, cost structure, and operational performance.

Prepare scenario, sensitivity, and what-if analyses to evaluate customer opportunities, pricing decisions, investments, operational initiatives, risks, and other business decisions.

Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, reporting packages, and financial narratives that connect financial results to operating activity.

Perform customer and contract profitability, branch, service-line, working-capital, and other ad hoc financial analyses to support business priorities and executive decisions.

Monitor accounts receivable, billing, collections, and unbilled revenue, and support evaluation of capital spending, equipment utilization, fleet-related costs, and return on investment, as applicable.

Partner with Corporate Accounting to understand significant financial results, provide operational context, and communicate accounting impacts while maintaining separation from transactional accounting and close ownership.

Use and improve FP&A tools, reporting models, dashboards, planning templates, and data processes in partnership with the Director of FP&A, Corporate Accounting, IT, and Operations.

Lead, coach, and develop assigned finance or analyst resources, if applicable, and support special projects and other financial analysis as assigned.

What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
