Warehouse Manager

Duties and responsibilities in this position are:

• Maintain a proper and safe working environment
• Manage the companies complete field assets
• Maintain and improve fleet vehicles and equipment
• Maintain and train employees on the use of AT&T Fleet Complete / Big Road Trucker
• Provide Fleet Complete reports to Management
• Maintain parts vendors and price shopping
• Order and maintain parts stock fast moving parts
• Maintain shop and property maintenance
• Maintain FMCA / DOT requirements and inspections
• Providing vehicle title / registration list to management as needed
• Delegate daily repair tasks to the company's technicians
• Inspects, tests, and adjusts equipment
• Diagnoses difficult problems and recommends repairs
• Contacts dealers and manage heavy equipment warranties
• Ensure all necessary tooling is sent to each job site through coordination with project managers / foreman
• Ensure employees properly care for tooling, equipment, vehicles, etc.
• Report all vehicle mileage at the beginning of the month to office manager
• Perform yearly documented inspections on equipment
• Keep inventory of all tooling
• Perform employee education as needed for proper equipment care and usage
• Maintain report on credit card purchases
