Machine Operator

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour

Shifts:

1st & 3rd Shift
Training: 1st and 3rd shift employees will train on 1st shift

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for accurately measuring materials, operating saw equipment, and using hand grinders to prepare and finish products according to specifications.

• Accurately measure materials using a metric measuring tape
• Operate saw equipment safely and efficiently
• Use a hand grinder to smooth, shape, or finish materials
• Follow production specifications, measurements, and work instructions
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Read and understand measurements using a metric measuring tape
• Comfortable operating power tools and machinery
• Use a hand grinder safely
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical manufacturing tasks

• 1st Shift: Training provided on 1st shift
• 3rd Shift: Training provided on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift
