Gosnell Services LLC is looking for an experienced Concrete/Cement Finisher to join our growing construction team. This hands‑on role is vital to the successful completion of our concrete projects, including slabs, sidewalks, steps, ADA ramps, and more. • Communicate daily with team members and Foreman to review scope and goals.
• Assist with setting up and organizing tools and equipment for daily tasks.
• Perform layout and grade checks using a laser.
• Execute concrete finishing tasks including straight edging, smooth troweling, and broom finishing.
• Operate walk‑behind trowel machines, concrete floor saws, and soft‑cut saws.
• Handle various finishing work on slabs, sidewalks, ramps, curbs, bollards, and concrete walls.
• Assist with end‑of‑day cleanup and tool maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain consistent quality standards.

Required:

• Experience prepping, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• Must have a tool belt with basic finishing tools (trowel, float, edger, sliders, hammer, tape measure).

• Full‑Time:
  Monday – Friday
• Overtime and some weekends may be required depending on project schedules

Primary work location is in Hebron, OH

Regional travel may be required depending on project assignments
