A regional charity for children seeks an enthusiastic Behaviour Lead to support and promote positive behaviour among pupils at Brian Jackson College. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team to implement behaviour interventions, collaborate with external agencies, and oversee daily operations to ensure effective support for children with SEMH needs. The ideal candidate should possess relevant qualifications, at least two years' experience within the educational setting, and have a compassionate approach to working with kids.
