About Blue Heart Energy
Blue Heart Energy was founded in 2016 as a deep-tech company that has developed a new sustainable thermoacoustics technology to radically improve the performance of heat pumps, enabling them to evolve from being the best solution in the market to becoming the perfect solution. Our technology is a disruptive approach to generate heat and cold, with potential to revolutionize the whole industry.

With our so called 'Blue Heart' inside, heat pumps turn into affordable, silent and flexible devices, capable of working with wide temperature ranges suitable for both new and existing houses. Importantly, Blue Heart doesn’t require any refrigerants and doesn’t generate any CO2e emissions.

About the Role
This is a high‑ownership role that sits at the intersection of customer requirements and R&D/engineering development. Technical Product Manager, you are the strategic and technical bridge between what our customers and OEM partners need and what our engineering teams build.

Your primary focus is residential HVAC. You translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements, connect OEMs with the product's capabilities and performance, and influence our product roadmap based on market feedback. You support Sales with deep technical expertise, and you have the confidence and authority to push back on commercial requests when they are technically unrealistic.

This is not a purely executional role. You are accountable for application‑level outcomes and direction. You define what needs to be investigated and validated; R&D owns the execution of modeling and analysis. You lead the communication loops, set the priorities, and own the roadmap at the application layer.

What You’ll Do
Customer & OEM Requirements

Gather, structure, and refine customer and OEM requirements, translating them into clear technical and application‑level specifications.

Lead communication loops between commercial teams and customers to ensure missing technical information is obtained and resolved.

Define what success looks like for customers from a testing and application perspective.

Connect OEMs with product capabilities and performance data to support their integration decisions.

Product Roadmap & Development Influence

Own the application‑level product roadmap and priorities, ensuring they reflect real customer and market needs.

Influence product development direction by feeding customer feedback and field insights into R&D priorities.

Define key application‑level parameters and KPIs for testing, performance analysis, and product validation.

Guide what should be investigated and validated at the application layer, working closely with R&D who execute the analysis.

Push back constructively on commercial requests that are technically unrealistic, acting as a credible technical authority.

Technical & Application Leadership

Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the Blue Heart unit’s operating envelope, performance characteristics, and system integration requirements.

Define application‑level performance metrics and acceptance test criteria for customer projects.

Translate technical findings and field learnings into engineering requirements and product direction.

Identify knowledge gaps at the application level and define structured approaches to close them.

Commercial & Cross‑functional Collaboration

Support Sales with deep technical expertise throughout the commercial process.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, Sales, and Project teams to align application requirements, product capabilities, and business objectives.

Represent Blue Heart at industry events and trade shows (e.g., Hannover Messe, ISH).

Train internal teams on application knowledge and field learnings.

What We’re Looking For
Deep HVAC & Application Expertise

Strong, hands‑on knowledge of heat pump or HVAC systems — you understand systems at a depth that earns credibility with both engineers and customers.

5–10 years of experience in a field, application, or product engineering context in HVAC or adjacent thermal systems.

Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, and system‑level integration.

Ability to read and define P&IDs and understand the…
