Derec zoekt een enthousiaste tweedegraads docent Nederlands voor een parttime functie in Heemstede (24-32 uur). Je geeft les op een kleinschalige mavo en werkt aan het taalbeleid van de school, waarbij collegiaal leren en hoge verwachtingen centraal staan.
Je biedt gestructureerde lessen, werkt samen met collega’s aan leerlingenbegeleiding, en wordt ondersteund door Derec tijdens je professionele ontwikkeling. Deze functie biedt ruimte voor groei binnen Stichting IRiS en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
