De Overstap in Heemstede zoekt een coördinerend begeleider gehandicaptenzorg voor 24-30 uur per week. Je ondersteunt 22 cliënten in een 24-uurs setting en werkt nauw samen met een betrokken team van 12 collega’s. Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd hoort erbij en er is ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling.
Je hebt een mbo 4 of hbo-opleiding Zorg & Welzijn, ervaring met ADL is een pré en je toont verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief in een warme, gezellige werkomgeving.
