Dokterszorg Friesland zoekt een ICT Servicedeskmedewerker (1e lijn) die als eerste aanspreekpunt fungeert voor collega’s met ICT-vragen en
-problemen. Je handelt incidenten, verzoeken en meldingen snel af en beheert MS Office 365 en gebruikersrechten.
Je hebt een mbo- ICT-opleiding op niveau 3 of 4 en 2–5 jaar ervaring. Kennis van AFAS is een pré; rijbewijs B is vereist. Binnen een informatievoorziening-team werk je zelfstandig en met ruimte voor initiatief.
