Pears in Heerenveen zoekt een HBO Begeleider SKJ om Alleenstaande Minderjarige Vreemdelingen (AMV) te ondersteunen bij hun ontwikkeling naar zelfstandigheid. Je biedt structuur en veiligheid, en werkt cultuursensitief met jongeren.
Jij bespreekt doelen, ondersteunt bij praktische zaken en stimuleert sociale vaardigheden door groepsactiviteiten. Het bieden van ondersteuning in een belangrijke levensfase maakt een directe maatschappelijke impact.
Een geldig SKJ-registratie en HBO-opleiding zijn vereist. Het salaris ligt tussen de €3.397 en €5.157 bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband.
