Baan Bereik zoekt per direct een telefoniste voor 40 uur per week in Noord-Holland, met verantwoordelijkheid voor inkomende telefoongesprekken en klantvragen. U zult het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn en zorgen dat vragen snel op de juiste plek terechtkomen, met lichte administratieve taken en steun bij planning.
De functie betreft een tijdelijke ziektevervanging en biedt afwisselend contact met klanten en collegae, ruimte voor initiatief en professionaliteit in diverse klantgesprekken.
