Een zorgorganisatie in Heerhugowaard is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde begeleider voor een cliënte met niet aangeboren hersenletsel. In deze rol bied je intensieve en persoonlijke ondersteuning, inclusief weekend- en slaapdiensten. Je kunt werken tussen de 8 en 28 uur, afhankelijk van je beschikbaarheid. Van groot belang is de klik met de cliënte, waarbij je haar helpt een thuis te creëren en zich veilig te voelen.
Salaris varieert afhankelijk van ervaring, opgesteld in lijn met de cao Gehandicaptenzorg.
