Recruit Mens werft ambulante Jeugdhulpbegeleiders aan voor regio Alkmaar/West-Friesland. Je werkt zelfstandig aan complexe casussen bij jongeren met gedragsproblemen, in samenwerking met gedragswetenschappers en zorgcoördinatoren.
Je profiel: SKJ-registratie, HBO Social Work, rijbewijs B en eigen auto, en bereidheid tot flexibele werktijden. Het doel is jongeren te helpen zo zelfstandig mogelijk te functioneren.
