• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in facilities management or related operational systems.
• Strong knowledge of project management, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling facility modifications.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement organizational policies related to facilities.
• Experience overseeing space allocation, communication services, and facilities expansion projects.
• Proven ability to establish and oversee health and safety standards.
• Leadership skills with experience in selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel for optimal team performance.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Capable of identifying issues and proposing independent solutions to improve systems and processes.

• Education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Experience supporting special projects or providing training and guidance to team members.
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance standards and best practices.
• Certifications relevant to facilities management or safety regulations.

• A technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (AA or AAS degree preferred).
• Over 4 years of practical experience in facilities or operational systems management.

• This position is based fully on-site in Heerlen, Netherlands.
• Immediate start preferred; availability to begin ASAP.
