Zozorg is op zoek naar een generalistische en creatieve MBO Verpleegkundige in Heerlen. Je werkt zelfstandig en biedt hoogwaardige verpleegkundige zorg in de thuissituatie van cliënten. Van wondverzorging tot palliatieve zorg, jij bent het vaste gezicht in de wijk.
Je stelt zorgplannen op en coördineert de zorg terwijl je creatief omgaat met de beschikbare middelen. De functie biedt zowel fulltime als parttime mogelijkheden onder CAO VVT-arbeidsvoorwaarden.
