Zuyderland zoekt een apothekersassistent voor de poliklinische apotheek. Je werkt tussen arts en patiënt, geeft duidelijke uitleg bij medicatie en registreert gegevens in het EPD (HIX).
Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend: patiënten inschrijven, medicatieoverzichten maken en letten op medicatieveiligheid. Locaties:
Sittard-Geleen en Heerlen. Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband en een parttime dienstverband van gemiddeld 24 uur per week.
